Do I need to have fasted before?
No. Mode 1 (Reactive Fasting) and Mode 2 (24-Hour Fast) are accessible entry points. The Extended Fast protocol is built to be introduced progressively — starting at 3 days and building from there.
Is fasting safe?
Extended fasting is a significant physiological intervention. The Fasting Standard includes a full medical disclaimer and recommends consulting your physician before beginning any extended fasting protocol — especially if you have a history of metabolic disorders, heart conditions, eating disorders, or take prescription medications that require food.
Do I need the Activation Standard first?
